SE Group provides structural design services for new construction, renovations, and adaptive reuse projects. Our work includes gravity and lateral system design, foundation design, framing coordination, and construction document production for commercial, multifamily, educational, and institutional facilities.

Structural Assessments

We perform structural condition assessments, forensic evaluations, and compliance-driven reporting for existing buildings and structures. Services include evaluation of distress, deterioration, and load capacity, as well as development of repair recommendations and capital planning support.

Construction Phase Support

SE Group supports projects during construction through field observations, responses to RFIs, review of structural submittals, and coordination with contractors and project teams to address field conditions and maintain design intent.
